Cancellation and Service Termination Policy
In order to ensure that the consulting services provided are carried out in a planned, efficient, and sustainable manner, the following cancellation and service termination policy applies.
1. Service Commencement
Consulting services become effective upon the signing of the agreement between the parties and the determination of the service start date. Throughout the service period, defined strategies, analyses, and operational activities are implemented in a structured manner.
2. Service Duration
Consulting projects are generally planned for periods of 6 to 12 months. This duration is determined based on the hotel’s current performance, objectives, and the scope of the strategies to be implemented.
3. Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests made by the client must be submitted in writing. Any cancellation requests after the service has started will be evaluated in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement and the scope of the work performed.
In case of cancellation after the service has started:
Completed analyses and consulting work will be taken into consideration.
Services provided up to that date will be charged.
Contract terms may apply for the remaining service period.
4. Early Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the service early if the obligations specified in the agreement are not fulfilled. In such cases, the termination process must be initiated through written notice.
5. Force Majeure
Delays in the service process may occur due to force majeure events beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, technical infrastructure issues, or legal regulations. In such cases, the parties will communicate to find a mutual solution.
6. Data and Work
All analyses, reports, and strategic work carried out during the consulting process are evaluated within the scope of the relevant project and are conducted in accordance with confidentiality principles between the parties.
7. Contact
Cancellation requests and service termination notices must be submitted in writing through the official communication channels specified on the contact page.
